what a joke this center is. My Gurkha was facing issues in ignition as it was lagging. When I dropped it for service I told them about it and gave them 3-4 days to look into it with patience and fix it. It has been more than a month and still they are not able to figure out the issue and this is when the vehicle is under warranty. They just keep making excuses but the end result is they are not able to figure out an issue in their own vehicle even after a month. In july the front axle broke and it took them 2 months to give me the car back. I am willing to file a lawsuit on them now, enough is enough, can't handle these jokers anymore.

My name is Aman sihag . We had booked a 21 seater traveller from Broadway force chandigarh (Puneet) last month on 12th march .He had assured us that he will give us the traveller within a week, for which we had paid him the booking amount of ₹25000. Even after 15 days he did not give us the traveller and kept making excuses that he will give you the traveller next week. After waiting for many days, we cancelled our booking on 28th march and now he is neither picking up our calls nor returning the booking amount.

Pathetic service. If you wish to buy gurkha, don't go there they will loose your interest.

Customer dealing before sales is too pathetic how would it be if I buy the vehicle from them? The demo vehicle is used by their peons for their personal use. Sales team shows fake visits to customer's place whereas they never visits the customer. Never ever buy from this dealership.
